The Jordan 4 Retro Rare Air is a sneaker designed by Tinker Hatfield with a removable tongue patch. It features a white mesh base on each side panel and on top of the toe box, while white leather overlays dominate the rest of the shoe, forming the eyestays, perforated toe box, mudguard, heel, and ankle collar. Triangular black 'wings' attach the top eyelets to the sides of the shoe. The removable patch on the tongue is black with a Jumpman logo. A Jumpman logo is also found on the heel. The shoe sits on top of a speckled midsole, which contains clear Air units under the heel. The Jordan 4 Retro Rare Air was released on May 20, 2006, and retailed for $125. This is an athletic style sneaker.
