Launching as part of a capsule collection celebrating Steven Spielberg’s 1993 blockbuster, the Jurassic Park x Reebok Zig Devil Kinetica ‘Jeep’ features a unique design inspired by the film’s iconic chase scene. The sneaker makes use of a ripstop textile upper with a grid design that nods to electric fencing. The distinctive palette, featuring neutral tans with bright red accents, recalls the jeep that was memorably pursued by a hungry Tyrannosaurs rex. A webbing pull tab atop the left tongue features cautionary text that reads ‘Objects in mirror are closer than they appear,’ while high-voltage warnings decorate the right tongue. Muddy speckling is applied to the Zig Energy Shell midsole, supported underfoot by a red ZigTech outsole.
